Knoxville personal injury attorneyDan received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1997 and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 2000, both from the University of Tennessee.

Dan began his career with the Law Offices of J.D. Lee. Within one month of practicing law Dan received an $850,000.00 verdict in Knox County Circuit Court.

A few months later, Dan tried a case of disputed liability in Sevier County, Tennessee. Though the medical bills were less than $7,000, the jury returned a six-figure verdict for the plaintiffs. While still in his first year as a practicing attorney, Dan tried his second case in Anderson County, Tennessee. Again the defense disputed liability however the jury returned a verdict for $400,000.

Because the firm maintains a small case load it is able to focus on larger personal injury cases, including areas of medical malpractice, toxic-tort litigation, civil rights and commercial vehicle litigation.
